Intro to Economic Development 101 (Aug)
This course will provide a strong conceptual understanding of patterns of development, political economy and economic development. it will provide an understanding of your place and your economy and why it is the way it is. It will also provide frameworks for a better understanding of economic development practice.
Please note that the course is run over two mornings from 9 am to noon respectively.
Introduction to Economic Development is one of four core courses required to achieve 101 Accreditation. It is for those who wish to further their conceptual understanding of how the profession and the principles underpinning it have evolved.
