Intro to Development - Core Course towards AcED - to be delivered online.

Introduction to Development is one of four core courses required to achieve Accreditation as a professional economic developer. It is for those who wish to further their conceptual understanding of how the profession and the principles underpinning it have evolved. It is presented by Dr David Wilson.

What you will achieve by attending this one day course.

1.You will gain a strong conceptual understanding of patterns of development, political economy and economic development.

2. You will begin to understand why your place and your economy is the way it is.

3. You will gain frameworks for a better understanding of economic development practice.
